This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit imacoachnotamarketer.com (the "Site") or request the free chapter, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who We Are

I'm A Coach Not A Marketer is a trading name of Agilistix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08541139) with its registered office at 10 London Mews, London, W2 1HY. Agilistix Ltd (trading as I'm A Coach Not A Marketer) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB176694. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Agilistix Ltd trading as I'm A Coach Not A Marketer.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity and contact data: your first name, surname and email address when you request the free chapter.
  • Marketing data: whether you have ticked the box to receive email updates.
  • Form data: which form you completed and the date and time you sent it.
  • Technical and usage data: such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at the Site (see section 5).

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

  • Steps at your request or legitimate interests: to send you the free chapter you asked for and to respond to your enquiries.
  • Consent: to send you marketing emails, only where you have ticked the email updates box. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
  • Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve the Site, including collecting visit statistics (see section 5).
  • Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep data.

5. Cookies and Visit Statistics

The Site is built and hosted on the HighLevel (LeadConnector) platform. It uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage:

  • Essential: needed to deliver pages, keep the Site secure and make the free chapter form work, including protecting it against spam. These are strictly necessary and do not need your consent.
  • Visit statistics: HighLevel sets a cookie (msgsndr_id) and keeps a record in your browser of the pages you view and how you arrived at the Site. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to improve it, and to link any form you send to that visit. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page visits without using cookies.
  • Your cookie notice choice: when you click OK on our cookie notice, your browser remembers this so the notice is not shown again.

UK law, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, allows cookies that are used only to collect statistics about how a website is used, so it can be improved, without asking for consent, as long as we tell you clearly about them and give you a simple, free way to object. We tell you through this policy and the notice shown when you first visit the Site. Our lawful basis for visit statistics is our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the Site.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data.

The Site, its forms and our contact records are hosted on HighLevel (HighLevel Inc, United States, also known as GoHighLevel or LeadConnector), which acts as our website host and customer relationship management (CRM) system. HighLevel processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The Site also uses Cloudflare to deliver pages securely.

Agilistix Ltd runs several websites under different trading names: I'm A Coach Not A Marketer, Carl Adamson, Debbicot Press and Author YOUR Authority. Contact details from all of these sites are held in one shared CRM managed by Agilistix Ltd. We use your details only for the purposes described in this policy.

7. International Transfers

HighLevel is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred to and stored outside the UK. Where this happens, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data stays protected to UK standards.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Free chapter requests and enquiries: kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
  • Marketing email consent: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop. After that we keep a minimal record so that we do not email you again.
  • Visit statistics: the msgsndr_id cookie and browser records stay on your device until you clear them or they expire.
  • Legal and accounting records: kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

9. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data erased.
  • Restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
